Many business owners wake up every morning unsure of their direction. Do you ever feel busy but not moving forward? Or find yourself drifting from one problem to the next, never really clear on your purpose?
Almost every great story has four main characters: the victim, the villain, the hero, and the guide. The question is—which one are you playing in your business?*
👉 The powerless victim.
👉 The villain who blames others.
👉 The hero who takes responsibility and moves forward.
👉 The guide who helps others win.*
The truth is, we all play all four roles—even in the same day. But what defines you?
When you step into the role of hero on a mission*, your business and life take on new meaning. You wake up knowing what to focus on because you’re moving toward a vision that excites you.
Here’s a starting point:
Clarify your mission. Write down what you want life and business to look like in 3 years. Make it attainable but challenging.
Plan your day. List the tasks that will move you closer to your vision—don’t let fate write your story.
Track what matters. Measure progress, celebrate wins, and give yourself grace. Focus on the process, not just the results.
You only get one story. Tell it well—and make sure you’re the hero of it. Your mission matters.
